Living on a farm and being an avid hunter, fisherman, and working in Taxidermy her muse can always be found close at hand. Her passion for nature has naturally sparked a support of and passion for conservation and its necessity in keeping wild places wild and her sentiment is reflected in her work.
"I fell in love with art and nature in my childhood and outdoor recreations in my 'Later’ childhood and discovered the path that would bring them all together. I enjoy my work and find there are few things more intimate than the relationship between an artist, their paintbrush, and their muse." -Josi L. Jensen
